What's around Spile Bridge Rd

LAND - Depeyster, NY

HUNTING LAND, here's a large parcel of two lots totaling 94.8 acres that has given the owners great hunting and fishing over the years. Owners state that they have gotten many deer from the property, and taken many bass from the River over the years. This property could also be used for duck hunting as it is right on the River. Now, they want to pass this recreation experience on to new owners. The property is located off the Spile Bridge Road in the township of Depeyster. There is a deeded right of way to cross a neighbors property to get to the River, from there it's about a 700 foot trip by boat to the property. You can also get to the property from the Heuvelton boat launch down the Oswegatchie, and take the fork back towards Black Lake and the property will be about 1.5 miles down the River on the left. The property is classified wetlands but the owners state that there are dry areas on the property.
