Tommy helped us buy a house that we were interested in buying. He showed us the house and pointed out the pros and cons of the house as well as the problems. We got the big problems fixed, but he told me how to fix smaller problems such as a wrong air filter size in the air conditioner. He told us what price he could probably get the house down to and he did it. Overall, I had a great experience with Tommy.

Had to get in contact with. Every time I had a question he just told me to call the closing attorney. Bought house cash did not get a total amount or documents until less than 24 hours until closing. Would not recommend, worst experience buying a home. We did more of his job than he did while using as our realtor to buy new home.
