•Daniel overall did a good job, One comment is he needs to focus not only on the good but the bad too. The reality of what you are looking at, the home you could potentially end up with. Unfortunately we could not see the homes in person, so this was a negative for us. So there was a strong emphasis on the good and the bad was over looked. We ended up with a home with a car that is parked about 15 feet in front of our living room window. This would be ok as the driveway is there, but the car is dirty and has been sitting there for quite some time with no indication it will be moved soon. and another home again, the negative was over looked and the good things emphasized, But the whole transaction the process was handled well.
