There are no words to describe not only how good of a realtor but a person Adrienne is. She has made the purchasing experience so much easier. Every problem that came up through the process she always had a solution, any question we had, she always had an answer. It never mattered what day or time of the day it was we always had a response from her. She always went above and beyond to make sure we made it to closing. We live in the San Antonio area and owned a house in Santa Teresa NM, my husband contacted Adrianne and she was quick to respond, she immediately went, looked at our house, and send a survey analysis of the area, she is very knowledgeable of the local market, she advised us on how much to put it on the market for, she did walk-throughs for us, took pictures, before and after minor repairs, she gave vendors access to prepare for Tours and was very organized, we were completely at her mercy since we were not in town through process. Adrianne did amazing! She gained our trust immediately, she worked hard to get the most money for our house and sold it with out us having to do any renovations. We are so thankful for her and so happy she was the one to help us, we closed the sale on Friday 9/3/21!! We can rest now, we don’t have to worry about an asset that is over 500 miles away! We fully recommend Adrianne to everyone, she is definitely someone you can 100% put your trust in!!!

Adrienne handled our transaction long distance and did a fabulous job. As a former Realtor I have high expectations of communication and knowledge, Adrienne provided both at that high level. She video'd homes we were considering, provided price opinion, and wrote offers quickly. She visited the home our offer was accepted on several times to verify it was in the same condition. She went the extra mile after a hard rain visiting the home inspecting for any rain damage.I highly recommend Adrienne if you're purchasing a home long-distance. I imagine she is amazing face-to-face as well.
