We were from out of the area - selling a house after a relative’s death and needed a realtor that knew the area. I did some tease arch online and cane across some reviews on Sherry Anderson so I set up a meeting with her for the one day that we would be in town (luckily she could fit us in, in between a couple showings she had). She came by and did a quick assessment on the home and within an hour we were under contract with her and we were ready to go. Sherry has a fantastic personality - she is a go-getter type person who just gets things done and she really knows the area exceptionally well. She priced the house competitively and within 5 days we had an offer that we accepted. She is professional, efficient and highly effective. I also appreciated that she was mindful of Covid (October 2020) and wore a mask around us as we were wearing masks as well, she was patient and helpful throughout the process and since we were out of the area she took it upon herself to keep an eye on the property for us. She communicated constantly with us (via out preferred methods of emails and texts) which was also really important being that we were not local and kept us apprised of the process. I highly recommend Sherry Anderson and feel that you cannot go wrong with choosing her as your realtor.

Sherry Anderson is fun to be with, a joy to work with, and yet she is highly professional. She is an experienced realtor who really knows real estate. She kept everything moving on the timeline to get escrow closed. She's wonderful with all the contracts which can be so confusing, explaining everything clearly. When the house sold and we moved away I felt I had left my best friend behind!
