Trisha Trisha Trisha !!! She Made buying a house such a breeze! Wow still can’t believe it. My wife and I was new to home buying, and we have heard lots of horror stories from family and friends about terrible agents. But Trisha was not only an agent but in Angel to us.” I believe to everyone” She was kind, polite, professional and very knowledgeable! She never made us feel uncomfortable, she helped us every step of the way! Explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage bank “company”and everything else. Trisha was always available to answer our questions and to show us the house over and over any time we asked for. This made it really easy to move into less than 3 months. We get to appreciate Trisha even more now as a wonderful personal she still checking on us sending us gifts also pictures (paint from an artist) of the house and became very good friends of ours! I Would totally work with her again! She is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really cares about his/hers clients. Trisha is the best of the best just give a one try and she will amaze you.

Trisha took our sale on the day she came home after surgery and had us come to her house to sign the contract. She knew it was critical for us to sell our house quickly so we could get into our new home. She had six weeks of recovery but worked with us and sold our home in six days and closed in less than a month. Wonderful sweet young woman. Trisha is a realtor that you will never forget.....because you can't. Buying or selling real estate is not as easy as one might think. Trisha's main focus was doing what's best for me as a client and not just trying to get get to a closing table so as to collect a commission. She did not care how many hoops she had to jump through in order to get the best result. Need I say more? If you are in need of a realtor as a buyer or seller, then hire Trisha, and you will say the rest. Are there better realtors out there? I am sure there is, but go find one. Good luck on that one!!!!!
