I wanna say Mrs. Trisha is awesome at what she do very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and great listener to needs of client,know how to give sound advice, my situation wasn't simple it was a nightmare because circumstances surrounding the house but I must say when I Lost my cool... she stay on top of game bounced around every hurdle we encountered and she got the job done....I thank GOD for bringing this lady in my life...

Best͏ realtor to be by your side! & I really really mean that. As a first time homebuyer in a pretty much ‘new place’ to me it was a true blessing to have Trish as my realtor & friend through it all. She is a kind soul and very knowledgeable realtor. Trish would be up at 12 in the night sending me property listings to match my budget so it’ll be the first thing I see in the morning, she works hard with you & for you! She is always available when you call her so you’re never left feeling lost. It was a moving experience for us as well because god made a way when there seemed to be none. I’d do it all again with Trish as my realtor

Trisha is the best realtor I have ever worked with. This is my second home purchase and she made the entire process easy and stress free. For the second time she put me and my home purchase before herself and ensured the process was quick and had no issues. I have said it once and will say it again, I will not work with any other realtor because there is no way they can live up to Trisha.

I worked with Trisha Deokinandan before, she is an excellent agent. I don't do any real state transaction without her representation. She listed my place in April and we were on contract in 2 days, at asking price. The closing day was changed few times because of  the buyer and she was always was  on top to do the process smooth for both parts. She is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Trisha Deokinandan is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really care about hers clients. Highly recommended!
