Kim was great in the sale of the home of my uncle who had just passed away. She took a very hard situation and made it as smooth and painless as possible from getting the house listed, to ensuring it showed well (much better than we could have ever done on our own) to negotiating the offers received, all the way through to closing, including some touch and go inspection issues.
