Eboni was a referral to me from someone who said she has a reputation for quality work, great follow up and customer service. I made my decision to offer Eboni our listing based on her unsolicited market updates and analysis. What I mean by this is that after we first talked about the opportunity and she knew I was also talking with other realtors, she followed up with emails on market trends, current data and sales data without specifically asking for the business. She earned our business by demonstrating what she could do by providing valuable market analysis. Other realtors called and followed up by asking if I was ready. Eboni followed up by providing details that were valuable in making our decision to list, at what price and at what time. Eboni earned my trust and our business by what she did, not just by what she said she could do. This transaction got delayed and complicated on the buyers side of the deal. The buyers lender was late sending documents, late with requests for additional information and caused the buyer to request two closing date extensions. Eboni did her best to hold this deal together and keep us updated as to what we needed to do and additional documents that needed to be signed in order to provide the buyer additional time. I would recommend Eboni to anyone needing professional representation in a real estate transaction. She did a great job for us and I would hire her again if the opportunity arose.
