•MJ is an agent that made my first home buying process easier than what I imagined. She was quick in supporting me to get an offer out and handle the negotiations with the seller and dealt with that stress for me. The seller had multiple offers; however because of MJs skills and charm, the seller choose my offer. She also recommended a home inspector, painter and plumber that were great. She took the time to check on the house several times and made some needed fixes to ensure that the loan would get approved. MJ went up the ladder in her heels to check the gutter and roof. I spotted her of course, however my point is that she was concerned for my needs and desires and handled a lot of things and answered all my questions and provided info on the questions I didn't know to ask MJ. I highly recommend MJ.
