After searching online for a reputable realtor in our area and personal references we decided to list our home with Rose. Not only did she sell our home for asking price, we had an offer within days and closed shortly thereafter. Both my brother & myself have homes in Palm Springs which we were renting. Unfortunately, I had an issue with my tenant being in violation of his lease.
