•Kim listed our home and gave us very valuable suggestions to enhance the home and prepare it to sell. Her team was helpful with all the listing agreements, appointments for measuring and photographing the property and walking thru the closing process with us. Kim was a very good communicator to the buyer's realtors concerning all showings and client's feedback. Jack, being a general contractor, was very helpful with inspections and minor repairs. The negotiation communication from the other agent was very stressful. He wasn't experienced, but Kim was able to work with him and guide him through the process. Kim remained calm and very professional. His buyers, at one point, asked to speak to Kim directly as they felt they weren't getting good counsel from their own agent. The contract was ultimately signed and we closed the deal successfully. We were very happy working Kim and her team. We purchased a home and listed a second home with Kim. Always professional, friendly and tireless! Kim and Jack. Thank You for all your support and professionalism while selling our house. We are glad you were able to work with you both.
