As a first-time home buyer, I was a little intimidated by the process, but Danielle was there with me every step of the way. It was important that my dad was part of the process, and Danielle was very accommodating and patient with us throughout, which we both truly appreciated. She made everything feel comfortable and easy to navigate. We especially valued Danielle’s input because she grew up in the area and had a great understanding of the community and the local market. Her knowledge, along with her help during negotiations, made the entire process feel much smoother and less stressful. Our home inspector didn’t work out and she quickly recommended a fantastic home inspector who was a breeze to work with. Danielle was reassuring whenever I had doubts, answered all of my questions, and even made sure I had things set up at my new home to make the move easier. I found Lori through her own listing. But before she showed my her own listing she graciously showed me others I might be interested in. She was so transparent with helping me do what was best for me. I knew I was in good hands because every turn of events she already was ahead of the game. Never wasted my time had all the facts and if she didn’t I was her priority. Did I mention how smart and kind she is? I would recommend her to anybody and that’s sitting something because I have owned 12 houses this was my 13th (lucky house.) what a GEM!

Danielle is a dream to work with. Every inquiry or request we had was answered and taken care of on the spot or within hours. We bought during BOTH Helene and Milton which brought up unique contract and other issues that were handled terrifically by Danielle with confirmation by an attorney and we couldn’t have been happier with how well things were resolved.
