About Andrea

I started my sales career as a sales assistant for Arbor Homes and then for AIMCO properties. I continued on the path and received my real estate license in 2005, while also working in the legal field for over 13 years. I have worked in many facets of the real estate industry representing sellers, buyers, investors, trusts and estates in both residential and commercial markets. I am known for my confident and no-nonsense approach. I treat my clients with the utmost professionalism. Integrity, energy, and hard work are the pillars of my customer service. Through every stage of the real estate process, I listen and help to educate my clients. My favorite aspect of being a REALTOR® is guiding people to find the “one” house that they love. I also enjoy guiding my clients on the financials involved with the home purchase.

Andrea was very personable, knowledgeable and had great problem solving skills. Best realtor I ever worked with! When my first mortgage company backed out, she immediately got in touch with another lender who was able to finance me.

I would highly encourage anyone that is even the least bit interested in buying or selling a home to contact Andrea Lacy Real Estate! Andrea is a true professional with a tremendous amount of knowledge and motivation that she uses for the clients Real Estate needs. She also took the time to explain the entire process from start to finish and was always happy to answer any additional questions. Her list of contractors proved to be a valuable resource when I needed to obtain estimates on repairs. Finally, the best part about using Andrea Lacy Real Estate is I felt like she got me the absolute best deal I could have gotten for my house.
