Michele Garrick did a wonderful job in helping me getting my house ready for putting it on the real estate market in the Groveland/Clermont Florida area. Upon contacting her she expressed the loving care for my house and pointed out many things that I quickly resolved which made the showings and eventual sale almost seamless. She was the sales rep. She worked with each realtor in scheduling the showings for the house and was present for each showing. Michele Garrick demonstrated great professionalism in dealing with me, my family who had numerous questions and the folks wanting to purchase the property. She was very patient and enlightening in discussion all aspect of the purchase and sales. Her breadth of real estate knowledge and attention to details were paramount.
