I am a first time home buyer and I am so glad Austin was the guy that helped us. Mr Williams is a man with great character. He is ON TIME and very respectful. He is a man of his word. I don't live in NY but my parents owned a home there. My mom passed away and Austin did an awesome job at helping me to get the house ready for sale. He went above and beyond to make sure things were being done around the house while I was out of town. Austin helped my family sell our family house of 60 years this past summer. He was very aware that it was difficult for my grandmother to move and was very sincere throughout the whole process. He gave my family pointers and listed the house. Within 4 days of listing our house had multiple offers.
