Fanny helped us with buying and the eight years later sell our home. She videotaped our home while it was being built and sent it to us in Maryland every week. When we put it up for sell in December she went above and beyond to sell it. She listens to what her clients want and provides encouragement and guidance throughout the process. Khairi Salah is a hard working and extremely knowledgeable agent who will get you the best possible price for your listing, or if you are purchasing he will make sure you are getting a good value and not overpaying. I have dealt with him for both types of transactions and was very fortunate to have him on my side. Selling my property he quickly got me a price far above what I was expecting, however he had done his market research and was able to justify that price to the buyers. He made all the arrangements for showings including dealing with my tenants, making everything extremely easy and stress-free for me. He is extraordinary at multi-tasking and can handle many complicated matters simultaneously. You'll never be out of touch with him as he actually answers his phone, seemingly at all hours, and responds to emails immediately. I highly recommend Khairi Salah!

Initially Alpa was just a referral from an unknown person I randomly reached out to, from Texas!! I started communicating from TX, she lined up several prospects, and we ended up visiting Tampa, FL a couple of times. Buying property can be a very stressful experience. Recently I purchased some property that the title company needed better documentation from a former mortgage on the property that I was purchasing. The closing date has to be extended 3 times before I actually closed on the property. As you can imagine I became worried there was an issue with the property and became worried the purchase would not go through. Harry, calmly explained that the delay was a good thing , that the title company was just doing their job to ensure I received a clear title on the property. Excellent job Harry! I would highly recommend Harry to anyone looking to buy property in Florida to use his services.
