Alicia was absolutely AMAZING. I cannot overstate how friendly, informative, and courteous she was throughout the entire process. As a first time home buyer I expected the experience to be at least slightly overwhelming, but Alicia was so great that I never once felt as though I was in this process alone. She was an advocate for me at every turn and was able to help me with things that I would have never even considered asking about because of my lack of familiarity with the home buying process. I'm struggling to find ways to convey how highly I recommend her without repeating myself. I am recommending her to anyone who is even entertaining the idea of buying or selling, and I can absolutely guarantee that I would/will use her again if I'm ever in the market.
