•I had a very high stress home sale and Amanda helped me navigate every aspect of the sale. She provided me with incredibly helpful insight, latest market information, potential sale costs and other information along the way. I also ran into contractor issues that unnecessarily delayed our listing. She advocated my needs to the contractor, set clear expectations and boundaries when the contractor was confrontational and inappropriate (yea, it was that bad). She was also super responsive to my emails/texts, no matter how silly my questions felt to me. She went above and beyond my expectations of a realtor and was a crucial player in the sale of my home. I will, 100%, be using her when I am ready to buy my next home.
