Excellent communication and patient

I have been working with Josett for maybe 3yrs. I have had to put my home buying on hold and she shw was very patient and understanding. She kept in touch on a regular basis, just checking on me in general. When I was ready, she was ready. Josett has kept made sure I provided all information requested by my lender ontime and when they slacked, she made sure they were also on their P's and Q's. Josett has also still kept in touch after all the chaos to check in on me and make sure anything is needed, she was still their.
