They staged my home with incredible finesse, landing full prices offers the first day on the market and hunted down the absolute perfect home for me to purchase. I was thrown several loops from a tv crew showing up, to a shocking appraisal to a hurricane coming through, to applying for a loan by myself for the first time. Christine guided me down every path, curve and we sprinted to the closing table early on both properties. Sara was a godsend. We were dealing with a crazy, psycho, procrastinating, devious seller who pushed everything until the last minute and then pitched a fit. Sara was TENACIOUS on our behalf - so much so that I called her my "Bulldog"! There is enough chaos, stress and tumult associated with purchasing a home, packing, moving, setting up utilities, etc - we were able to leave the deal nuances in her court (not an easy thing for me to do!) and they got completed. Sara was a fantastic partner in our home-buying journey. She is knowledgeable and confident in her role, but also very personable. From the outset she made it clear that she wasn't going to be pushy and respects that finding a house can take time. She sent a few listings, we told her what we liked and didn't like and went from there. We didn't expect to find a house as soon as we did, but I guess you never really plan for that. During the process she worked with the seller's agent, answered questions and was always reachable via text, which was very much appreciated. We never felt like we were bothering her. As a first-time home buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Sara Patterson. She was patient, knowledgeable, and truly held my hand throughout the entire process. Being newer to Florida, I had a wide range of areas on my radar. Sara provided in-depth breakdowns of each city on my list, factoring in traffic, urban vs. rural aspects, and potential risks like flood zones, hurricane paths, and sinkholes. She even compared cities I was unfamiliar with to those I knew, making me feel confident in my final decision. Sara guided me every step of the way. She even took the time to explain processes related to my lender and encouraged me to continue shopping for a lower interest rate rather than just accepting the first rate. Sara connected me with an amazing home inspector and a fantastic insurance broker. She helped me keep my expectations in check when it came to negotiations, which was invaluable as a first-time buyer. Sara was always available via call or text. Even if she was on a call, she’d immediately text back, letting me know when she’d return my call—and more importantly, she always followed through. We dealt with some tough sellers, but Sara was tougher. Even when the situation seemed like sellers would not budge - Sara got them to budge and i received a $4000 credit. When we discovered the sellers' agent had lied, Sara went to bat for me without hesitation to ask why that happened. Sara listened to my fears and grievances, working tirelessly on my behalf, even while juggling multiple clients. There was a moment when I considered backing out, and I wanted advice from my parents. Sara graciously offered to join a three-way call to explain everything to me and my parents, which I greatly appreciated as I navigated this process for the first time. Sara was great to work with in purchasing my first home! I am the first to purchase a home in my family. It was important to work with an agent who understood that and was extremely knowledgeable when it came to first time home buyers. Sara was patient and extremely helpful.
