If I could give more than 5 stars to Lindsey I would! She did an awesome job both selling our condo/townhome in Orlando and helping us find a new home in Riverview! She was on top of all aspects of the process for us and it was her persistence that won us the bid for our new home even after we were initially outbid! She was and still is always available to answer questions and goes over and beyond to listen and offer sound advice. We started out just a short while ago as strangers and I now consider her a friend! We won't hesitate to continue to recommend Lindsey to anyone who is looking for a great realtor! In the rush of a seller’s market, Sarah knew exactly how to get my offer accepted on a house I waited months for when it finally came up in my search. I told her this house checked all the boxes and she waisted no time getting straight to work on a market analysis for the area, talked to me about my options, and wrote up an offer that was too good for the seller to pass up. We purchased our home in March of 2021, when Covid was still a major concern, but this did not impact our purchasing process one bit. Sara handled everything with expertise and provided us a sense of contentment from beginning to end. She was readily available via text, phone, and even in person for whatever we needed. Our littlest concerns were always her top priority. Her proficiency goes beyond the real estate world, as she is able to provide guidance through the rough terrain of homes and everything that encompasses. Sara, pregnant and under extreme pressure, since we had three weeks to find a house in Tampa, went all out to find a house for us. We looked at so many houses that we started to confuse ourselves. Once she realized exactly what we were looking for, she started taking us to select addresses which truly fit our expectations. She led the choices down to three houses and walla! She is kind, patient and accommodating. Great communication skills. Told us things the way they are.... the good and the bad in the houses we liked. Her method was professional and smart. I have purchased and sold many houses by agents for the last 50 years. This girl took the cake and ran with it. Super agent.
