Robert was absolutely amazing in not only helping me sell my mom's home, but also went above and beyond with helping her downsize into a home that is more manageable for her in a 55+ community. Personally, I went into this process with very little knowledge about how the selling process works, and Robert communicated with me daily throughout by guiding me on my own pace. He also ensured that all of my questions were answered timely, and was easy to reach. Additionally, he was able to sell the properly incredibly fast. His assistant, Alex, was great as well! Robert was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of real estate services!

When I first connected with Robert through my husband, I had no idea what my family would experience - all I know is that we had a goal, a deadline and very high expectations. Robert was very attentive to our needs the whole way through and by far surpassed everything we could’ve asked for in an agent. With the purchase of our new home, he was able to beat out other cash offers to secure our deal and later negotiated our price down giving us a bigger discount and allowing us to go into our home with over $58,000 in equity! There were so many ups and downs with the purchase and last minute lender switches, but Robert managed to keep us together to get us to finish line. On top of that, we got our old home under contract and sold at full asking price before it even hit the market! From staging the property right and supplying us with lovely photos and a beautiful video, Robert’s team provided a presentation that would have secured a sale in any kind of market. The sale went so much smoother than our purchase and I couldn’t be more grateful because everything happened on time with the results My Family and I desired!
