First and for most i want to thank Jeel Castillo-Lippi for helping me and my son to purchase our first new home the journey was stressful for me because it's my first time, but the experience and the communication with Jeel Castillo-Lippi was so amazing and much needed i learn so much and Jeel stood in contact with me every step of the way every day nonstop until today 4/8/22 that we finalized our home closing. i cried because i was losing hope but she went beyond to make sure everything was a success we spent long hours conversation and she answer all my questions without skipping a beat or a day. Her determination commitment and her communication skills everyday was a huge help in accomplishing and understanding me and all my concerns, Thanks to you, we are now the proud owners of the perfect home in a beautiful neighborhood. We are so thrilled and cannot wait to add personal touches You closed the deal artfully and seamlessly, and we are forever thankful to you. Finally, we are now able to put some roots down, and it feels so great. It has been an incredible journey and experience specially having your support and advice every day during the purchase of our ideal home. Thank you so much for our new home and all your help you have given us because of your hard work and dedication, we now have a place to call home we are so grateful my son and my 2 daughters are delighted with their new rooms and their spacious back yard. This place is everything i dreamed of and cannot thank you enough for helping us find it. We also appreciated the time you took to understand all my needs and preferences. We are still wondering if we will wake up from this wonderful dream. I'm still very shocked and extremely happy with tears of joy.
