Unusual circumstances like ours meant we had some new territory to learn, and Geoff was up to the task. I had inherited a house from my ex that he hired Geoff to sell while he was gravely ill and passed away before the sale. Both of us had to negotiate closing the deal with last minute requirements in a small town with limited resources. You find out what people are made of in trying times and Geoff was so professional and dealt with people so I didnt have to and kept his cool while doing it. Impressive.

Cassie fits in all these categories, her knowledge, professionalism, communication skills are all spot on. On the property that we purchased there wasn’t a lot of negotiation, we offered they accepted and the deal was done. But she was very knowledgeable as to where we should be with price and value of what we where getting.
