•Kim was such a patient and attentive agent during my home buying experience. As a first-time buyer, Kim heard and empathized with my conerns, pointing out things that I wouldn't have considered (or even known). When I apologized for possibly coming across as a nervous nelly, she assured me that my feelings and considerations were very normal. Never once did she make me feel like I was a bother or imposition. Because I was coming from out of state, Kim was great about giving me full, detailed video walk-throughs on the homes I liked the most. When I had family meet her for walk-throughs, she was accommodating and friendly with them. I'm so glad I had Kim as my agent, and will definitely use her again... and I highly recommend her to anyone looking!
