•2 years before I bought my house a co-worker told me about his home buying experience with Billy and I liked what I heard. So much so that after the co-worker gave me Billy's business card I kept it for 2 years knowing that when my time come to buying a house that I was going to call on Billy. My wife and I knew we were in good hands within the first few minutes of walking into his office to meet him and his wife Stacy. What a team they make! I must say it also helped that I knew the exact community where my wife and I wanted to reside. We ended up purchasing the very first house we saw. Billy's knowledge, great personality and charisma made the buying process enjoyable! My wife and I had bought houses before and memories of our past experiences were telling us this was going to be a lengthy, stressful and unpleasant process. So we were ready for the grind! But surprisingly that wasn't the case at all. Billy was a total pro. His calm, cool, confident and funny demeanor helped set the table for what was going to a fulfilling experience. It's now been about six months since we've been in the house and we continue to like it more and more each month. Billy will definitely be my go-to guy when I'm ready to buy again (or sell).
