•If I could give Idalia 10 stars I would! My husband and I are very grateful for everything she did for us. We had been under a lot of stress taking care of my elderly mother and needed to move to a first floor residence. We had to get our condo sold as quick as possible. We needed to sell fast but also wanted a good and fair price for our unit. After researching Idalia came up with the perfect number and our condo sold (in a bidding war) in one day! We know that is not typical but we believe that having the right realtor made that happen. She was so kind and caring over the situation that we were in and made selling and moving easy for us. Idalia was so professional and was always in contact with us throughout the whole process. We will be using her in the future and would highly recommend her!!
