•- The thought of selling our Playa Del Rey Condo while living in Arizona was absolutely overwhelming. Wanting to get ahead of the game I put a call out on social media to find a great realtor. A former co-worker got me in touch with Jennifer Jenson and from that moment on we were in the best hands. She managed every detail from hiring a painter, handyman, shopping for little touches to make the condo feel more homey AND being the point person with the Renters that where still living in the condo! She kept us in the loop on what was going on in the market and what to expect when we put the condo on the market for sale. The entire transaction happened without my husband or I having to make the trip to California. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience working with Jennifer and would recommend her to all of my friends and family in the area. If we enter the California market again she is the first person I will call!
