•Randy was extremely helpful in our buying process. Being new to the area, we knew it was going to be a challenge to figure out the best places for us to buy. However, Randy made our experience so much easier through his knowledge, flexibility, patience, and understanding. He helped us make decisions that were the best choice for us, even if it meant another week of bouncing around the state looking for another home. We ended up finding a home where Randy fought for us during the negotiation process, even against his better judgement of sending offers he warned us probably wouldn't be accepted. We wholeheartedly believe that our offers ended up being accepted in part due to Randy's explanations and considerations he gave to the seller and seller's agent. We will definitely be working with Randy again in the future when we decide to buy or sell in the area again.
Randy went above and beyond when helping us buy a home. He was very responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was always willing to go see houses on short notice (due to the fast paced CO market) and kept our interests in mind when looking for homes and negotiating with sellers. On top of this, he is a friendly and easy going guy! I HIGHLY recommend Randy and would gladly work with him again.
