•I was faced with a very stressful situation having a tight deadline to move and being a first time home-buyer. I was referred to Rose Rogers and I couldn’t be more grateful! From the first phone call to the first meeting, she made me feel completely at ease! She walked me through everything and made it easy for me to understand the process and terminology without being condescending (which I experienced with my previous agent). What I loved most about Rose is that she kept our communication transparent and completely honest.. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or pressured into buying just anything “just for a sale.” She worked around my schedule (I work extremely odd hours) and she was extremely attentive to my concerns and needs. I can’t say enough good things about Rose; she has the patience of a saint and the tenacity of a bulldog! She continually went above and beyond, and exceeded all of my expectations! I’ve had friends and families who have had horrific experiences buying/selling property, but my experience was nothing short of a dream! I can honestly say that Rose absorbed a lot of my stress and I am forever grateful!! I now refer all my friends and family to Rose so they can finally experience a smooth and positive transaction! She is nothing short of AMAZING!!!
