Our experience with Faten was fantastic! We met Faten when we requested to look at a property in Herndon. Although we had not sought to formalize a realtor-buyer relationship right away, it became clear that Faten would be the one acting in our best interests. She was very patient and responsive as we looked at numerous townhome properties, and trying to understand our specific needs and requirements for a home. We made one offer that did not get accepted, and it became apparent that we'd need to look at condos instead to get what we wanted. Faten helped source some candidates, but we found one that looked like it fit the bill! We asked for a showing and then worked out the comps with her. She worked tirelessly to make sure we'd get the best offer and deal, and coordinated with our lender. Once we reached an agreement, she coordinated the inspection and ensured we completed all the documents to get closer to financing. She stayed on top of everything needed, so we could close on time. She is very professional, accessible and pleasant to work with. She can be a task master and voice of reason when needed, and we appreciated her direct feedback and candor. She was with us until closing and followed up afterwards. I highly recommend Faten for anyone needing to have a seasoned realtor and advisor.
