•I am writing this review 2 months after the purchase of my home. That has given me time to settle in and reflect on the process. Here is my summation: I am incredibly grateful that I had JJ as my agent! The advice he gave me when I was searching for a place was solid. He thoroughly prepared me for each step of the purchase and helped me save the deal when I inadvertently created a problem with my mortgage company. The team he brought in for all of the different aspects of the process, the Title Company, Inspectors, etc - they were all top-notch. Then to top it off, he provided me with a plan for the future including what issues I needed to address after the purchase and local neighborhood places I should check out! He was knowledgeable, thorough, punctual - everything I was expecting and more. I give him my highest recommendation.
