Felicia exceeded our expectations, made the sell extremely simple and stress free!

We are out of state owners and were referred to Felicia. She had to do a lot of work that most realtors wouldn't. From interviewing and getting quotes from painters, having the carpet cleaned and picking up window shades herself that needed replacing. We never had to make a trip to Frederick, MD. She had our home ready to list in a couple of weeks and then sold it within a couple of days. She knew the right listing price and felt we would be offered more and we were.
