•We were recommended Bobby by a friend who used him to buy and sell their house and had nothing but rave reviews for him. We interviewed a handful of agents, but ultimately decided on Bobby and are so glad we did. For our first meeting, Bobby set up a morning of showings so that we could talk through all the things we liked and did not like about the properties, and he could really get an idea of what we were looking for. The next few weeks consisted of Bobby sending us great potential homes in MLS, which resulted in us going to see our dream home within six hours of it hitting the market. Bobby guided us through putting in an offer, negotiating, and ultimately getting our home for less than asking price. It was a no brainer to then use him to sell our current residence - which we received multiple offers on and closed WELL above asking price! He has a huge network of contractors that we have utilized on both homes, and all have been wonderful. We believe that the staging service Bobby provided on our home to sell was key in closing so high above asking price. For someone who is in such high demand, Bobby was always accessible. We never met or communicated with anyone else from him team, it was always him, even though we know his team works very hard behind the scenes. We couldn’t recommend him enough. Thanks Bobby!
