•I found Tonya online back in 2015 when I had gone through some significant problems with my rental property. I was trying to manage the property myself after moving all the way across the country for a new job. Needless to say it was a challenge. I was desperate to find a property manager that could handle tenant issues and collect the rent in a timely way. And at the same time, a property manager that would charge a reasonable fee for these services. Tonya not only filled that role, but excelled in dealing with the issues that arose with tenants, found new tenants when needed and handled the accounting and tax documents. When I was ready to sell the property, she handled the showings and listing, coordinated with the title company and found a buyer for my property quickly and even secured a higher selling price than I originally thought was possible. If I could give Tonya 6 stars, I would! Excellent, professional and ethical in every way! I would not hesitate to recommend her or use her in the future.
