•At every step of the way, Amy excelled in helping our daughter find her first home. She was quick to pick up on her desire to substantially reduce her commute and thanks to Amy, we now know the approximate transportation times and schedules in the Greater Boston area! Whether researching Boston neighborhoods or driving to showings and open houses, Amy remained enthusiastic through a process that took us from suburban 3rd floor condos, single family homes to a Back Bay condo. We appreciated her positive, upbeat manner and enthusiasm for the process as Alena changed and refined her priorities for a home. Novices to the home buying process (we’ve lived in the same house for over 30 years), Amy had recommendations for home inspectors and attorneys when our daughter was ready to make an offer. We’re extremely pleased with those she recommended, including an attorney with experience in family mortgages and seller leasebacks. It was during the Purchase and Sales period that Amy again showed what makes her a great agent. She stayed on top of the negotiation process and every deadline and maintained a positive rapport with the seller’s representative. Finally, It makes a difference to have a realtor like Amy who is so well supported by the team at Raveis. We would use Amy for all our future real estate needs.
