•My husband and I recently completed our fourth real estate transaction in the past 10 years with Erica Chouinard . This in itself demonstrates the trust and confidence we have in Erica to keep our best interests first and foremost in the buying and selling of properties. Erica is the consummate professional, we always felt that she represented our best interests in the transactions, and in addition, her team of real estate professionals were there to assist if Erica was not available for showings. Her knowledge, passion for her profession, and her experience are an added bonus to buyers/sellers and she works diligently to stay abreast of changes in real estate market. We highly recommend Erica and should we have need for representation in buying or selling properties in the future we will definitely enlist her services again.
