•How likely am I to recommend Julie Grahmann as a real estate agent? 1000% likely, and that’s not a typo! Julie was a fantastic agent for my recent home purchase as well as for several real-estate transactions my parents have made in the past. Her experiential knowledge is only one of the many reasons for my recommendation. She is also extremely detail-oriented, understanding, and very obviously skilled in this industry. My purchase was seamless. She helped me write an offer that was immediately accepted over two other offers (even though it was less than asking price!). She also helped me ensure that everything was taken care of after the inspection and was so compassionate about understanding my closing-date needs. I cannot think of any other way that Julie could have been more helpful and amazing. I will recommend her to anyone!
