I would highly recommend Tim to sell your property or represent you
I first met Tim when he showed me a property he had listed in the Arcadia area. At the time, Tim was not my agent as I already had a few others in mind. Tim was on time and greeted me with a handshake and a smile Tim was extremely professional and courteous when he showed me the property. Even though I did not purchase that property, I asked Tim if he could look around the Arcadia area for other properties. Later that afternoon, Tim got back to me with several other properties for sale that were in my price range and in the area I was looking to purchase from. Tim showed me numerous properties until I found the one I eventually purchased. Tim did an excellent job of researching the property, taking his own photos and measurements. Tim was always on time and kept me up to speed on everything that was going on with the sale. Tim was present at all meetings to include the inspection, walkthrough, and closing at the title company. I would highly recommend Tim to sell your property or represent you when you are looking to buy. The most important quality of Tim's is he did not pressure me at all during the entire process. Tim is a down to earth person who listened to what my needs and wants were and truly delivered in every way.
