What's around Treasure Lane

About this property

Incredible views are yours from this 26+/- acre parcel with a well and power. This property is outside the Paso Robles Groundwater basin so there are no restrictions on irrigation. Come build a home, plant a vineyard, run animals, start a farm, or anything else you've always wanted to do. The property is zoned Residential, Rural (RR). Check with SLO County for all the allowable uses. The well is already in and connected to PG&E electricity. There is a water pipe that runs underground from the well up to the water tank at the high point on the property. There is also fencing all around the parcel. Tremendous views and complete privacy are yours on this beautiful parcel of land. Be sure to see the Virtual Tour!

From the moment this project began Diane was on...

From the moment this project began Diane was on top of it. She was excellent at communication, real estate knowledge and the negotiating. She was also kind, respectful and easy to express concerns too. Our family has different types of personalities and Diane was able to adjust hers to fit our needs. We appreciated her professionalism yet also made us feel like she was always looking out for our best interest. I don’t believe this is the norm in the real estate industry. She went beyond her job and made the entire process seem effortless. Good job Diane! Thank you so much for what you did for our family.
