•Unsure where to start with the purchase of my new home. I reached out to Brittany a couple years ago inquiring about the process and loan types, but wasn't until recently that I was ready to purchase. I was searching for something specific, something that fit me. Throughout myself scanning multiple listing sites to find one that the other hadn't posted, she would send me listings every day in the criteria I was on the search for. When we found something that I liked we would see it that evening, and most times multiple listings. She is very knowledgeable in her line of work. When this house finally listed she reached out to me and scheduled a walk through the same day. After going under contract and having a couple issues on my end of the closing, she ensured me to trust the process. One would have most likely give in after two and half months of being under contract, but she always made sure that I was at ease. The simplicity of having to sign documents under contract made it very accommodative as they were all electronic sent via e-mail. Her level of knowledge, expertise, professionalism, and connections throughout the location in reality is implacable! Whomever it may be, I recommend Brittany as their real estate agent on the gulf coast!
