•I'm not from Mary's area and wasn't buying in her normal territory, but she made multiple trips an hour away to look at lots for me. She calmed me multiple times throughout my search for the right property. She worked with my mental health issues and didn't judge or try to control the situation. She is calming and understanding. I was selling my house in another state and she had to help me through THAT transaction because my agents treated me terribly. She is simply amazing.
Mary is top notch! We were first time very picky home buyers using a VA loan and she walked us through the whole process. Mary was always honest about the issues she saw in homes for sale, like water damage, smells, shoddy repairs, and bad deals. She always made time to answer questions and visit properties with us. Mary goes above and beyond for her clients she’s honest, professional, and very knowledgeable about the market and the whole home buying process. We will absolutely be repeat customers of hers. Do yourself a favor and go with Mary!!!
