•I owned some land in my former state and it was a questionable as to whether it was a buildable lot due to wetlands and a few other issues. I had acquired the services of 2 other realtors in the past couple of years and they honestly did nothing for me. I contacted Sandy Deignan and she quickly got back to me explaining all that had to be done, what my investment would be and what hoops we would have to jump through. She understood and explained everything perfectly to me. She did all the work. She found the vendors, contacted the town and the state and finally got the approval and soon after we had a buyer and a contract. I'd never use anyone else in that market.
