Viewed property ALONE. Hardie knowledgeable & kind.

It was really tough arriving at the property & no agent to view & walk it with Us. I was very Uneady about neighbors, their pets, chickens, pigs, rooster, & dogs. As I knew "nothing" about any of that!!!! & Hardie fell quite ill, at the timing of the closing stressful. I had a lot of questions, & wanted My agent present. I felt alone, in the final process. Hardie had to cancel a few. times, b4 closing, it made the prior viewing scarey, Hardie from the get go. 👐 & he did meet with us after the closing. Just wish we could've had him there, it just felt foreign not having him there to ask questions & point out certain concerns. That part was very Un nerving. The timing, of Hardie with the flu, "sucked" for all of Us.
