Our realtor Lauren Atkins, is absolutely phenomenal! She has helped us find two amazing homes that we bought within the last year. She listened to what we were looking for and did a thorough search, showing us only homes that addressed what we are looking for and within our budget. She most recently sold us the house on 75th St., and we are loving it here! Lauren goes above and beyond to work with her clients and pays particular attention to what they are needing within their price range, and wish list and parameters. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is currently also selling our home in Monument CO; she has held multiple open houses in-person and also created an online video. She has a wonderful network of realtors with whom she collaborates. We’ve already had a few showings and people interested in the home. She is truly exceptional in all she does. I strongly recommend her for anyone wanting to buy or sell their home with efficiency and within budget parameters.
