•My entire experience with Patricia was stellar. We talked and she picked up quickly that even though I had to keep my budget under 100K that the neighborhood was very important to me. I wanted a neighborhood that was old, lovely and quiet. We looked at lots of houses and when the house was right but the location wasn't she did not waste time trying to talk me into it. Then I did find a place I really liked and the neighborhood was a bit rough we both talked to neighbors and decided to pass. When I would get discouraged she would say," Hey your house is out there, it just takes time". When the perfect house showed up we made the offer quickly and then she walked me though every detail up to the closing, set up inspections, pushed through me getting a new roof and was even there for me after closing when I had some more questions. She stopped by with an unexpected house warming gift too. Patricia is excellent, smart as well as knowledgeable, easy to work with and goes the extra mile to insure success. I highly recommend her and will use her again.
