The experience with Christopher Koch as our agent was by far the best!
I've been through multiple home purchases, with different agents each time, and I have to say the experience with Christopher Koch as our agent was by far the best! Purchasing a home in Pinehurst, across the country from where our current residence was, added an additional challenge on our part, however, Christopher went above and beyond in flexibility when it came to making time for us, from day 1, and still continues to be available for any questions we have about the area, long after our closing. Christopher pays great attention to details, and was very knowledgable in his assessments of the current market trends in the area. We will definitely refer any potential future buyers/sellers, of real estate in the area, in the direction of Christopher!

This is the second home she has sold for us both in record time! She was diligent in helping us find our new home as well and we will be closing on that property after the first of the year with her help and guidance throughout the process.
