•If you are looking for someone who will walk you through the process of the search and purchase of a new home or investment, look no further. Devan thought of all the little things that I should have known about, but didn’t she made sure I had an inspection in the middle of my new build, which caught a lot of things that could’ve been a problem After my purchase. She made all of the details easy because I didn’t even have to know about them. She kept me up-to-date on deadlines. She even helped calm my nerves when I was nervous about such a big purchase. Now she will help me find my first investment property . She is very knowledgeable and if there is anything, she doesn’t know she quickly finds out and gets back with you. I can’t recommend her enough.
