•So we were in the market of buying a small second home. We worked with Bijan and I will never forget our experience with him. Bijan was amazing, tentative and caring. Most importantly, he never tried to push a home on us. Myself and my family took up so much of his time, but he was so patient with us and answered every question, he was prompt in all our requests - providing us with different thoughts and perspectives on how everything would work from making changes to different properties (we looked at) - to thoughts on different financing options for us to think about. He provided us with great color and context on each of the different pieces in a potential real estate acquisition. When it was all said and done - we got an amazing place and he helped really negotiate the price to our favor. I appreciate the fact he was in constant communication with us and the other real estate agents to advocate on our behalf, which allowed us to beat other offers. We highly recommend Bijan.
